At Home Physical Activity Opportunities

Regular participation in physical activity and exercise has always been important for many reasons, and even more so now to help support our body and our mental well-being. To help support you in staying physically active in your days at home, we have put together a list of physical activity and exercise options that you could use in your homes by yourself and/or with others (remotely). The vast majority of these activity and exercise videos do not require any equipment other than space.
